We collect contact details, professional information, usage analytics, device identifiers, communications, and project assets supplied for solution delivery. Sensitive data is processed only when necessary and lawful bases have been established.

How We Use Information

Data powers service delivery, account management, R&D, fraud prevention, and compliance monitoring. Processing is grounded in consent, contract necessity, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. Marketing communications are opt-in where required.

Sharing and International Transfers

We share data with vetted subprocessors, integration partners, and authorities when legally compelled. Transfers outside the EEA/UK/Switzerland rely on SCCs, UK IDTAs, adequacy decisions, or another valid transfer mechanism, with encryption in transit and at rest.

Security and Retention

Security controls include network segmentation, MFA, vulnerability management, and regular third-party audits. Data is retained only as long as needed for stated purposes, contractual obligations, or to comply with regulatory record-keeping periods.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may exercise the following:

  • Access, rectification, portability, and deletion (GDPR, UK GDPR, LGPD)
  • Opt-out of sale/share and limit sensitive data use (CCPA/CPRA)
  • Restriction of processing and objection to automated decision-making

Children's Data

Our services target business users and are not directed to children under 16. If we learn that a child has provided personal data without proper consent, we will delete it promptly.

AI-driven recommendations are always reviewed by qualified personnel before client deployment. We document model lineage, training inputs, and risk assessments to uphold transparency requirements.

Updates
